162. Application concerning completion of a sentence. Except in the case of an application made under section 54(10) of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (S.C. 2002, c. 1), every application made in connection with the completion of a sentence is submitted to the judge who imposed the sentence if the judge is available within a reasonable time.
